I was thinking that the Immortal would offer some kind of bribe to the child immortals. Sorry if I went overboard about the NID. I've never actually watched SG so all I read about the NID is how they like to kidnap people and dissect them. I'm guessing that it's a case of like how people often distort MacLeod and Cassandra's characters in fanfiction to focus on only certain aspects of them? Only probably to a more drastic extent, as I don't think I've ever read of the NID being the good guys.
