Thanks! There really do need to be more Highlander/Stargate stories but I there just aren't that many Highlander writers anymore. Alas. And most of those don't also write Stargate.
I'm not sure about the Ori, but I think the Replicators might be like the Borg from StarTrek and I definitely think a quickening would short those out. So Immortals could be used as a defense but it's really unpleasant for them. The wraith probably extract some of the quickening, think "yum", and then have to deal with the fact that quickenings return to the nearest immortal in a lightening strike. The wraith does not have a happy experience being ground zero of a lightening strike. Heh.
