I've actually only seen seasons one and two. I own season three but I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. But Edgerton is one of my favorite characters. And I love the dynamic between Charlie, Don and Ian: Don likes and respects Ian but doesn't want his baby brother Charlie to have anything to do with him, while Charlie likes arguing with and testing Ian's instincts.

I haven't seen the episode around Edgerton and Don discussing shrinks but now I really want to. I imagine the psychology around being a sniper is something of a delicate balance.
