Thanks. And good point, the role really is similar to Hannibal Lecter. Now I sort of want to get the two of them (Methos and Hannibal Lecter) together just to show off what's similar and what's different. Because they're really both in the same place mentally as well as physically, they both want to kill and prison is preventing them from doing so. But they're trying to go in different directions: Methos wants to restrain the urge to kill so that he can properly enjoy the freedom that comes from being in the free world and Hannibal wants the freedom necessary to give in to the urge to kill.

I wonder under what circumstances, they might meet?

I've only watched "The Silence of the Lambs" but didn't Hannibal wind up free at the end of the last book? Do you know?
