Auberus has many, many wonderful stories but it makes me want to beat my head against a wall that so many of them are incomplete. Sigh.

And "Till Death" was one of the all-time great episodes. I love the episodes that show the humorous side of immortality and the silly side of Duncan.

There are many episodes (and fanfic stories) that focus on the central drama of the fight against evil (beheadings and vampires, etc) but once you've read or seen a few well done stories like that, that need gets met. There are so many other sides of the characters that are fun to explore.

I can see some really fabulous arguments between Methos and Magneto. They're friends: Magneto is trying to conquer the world and Methos is sitting back and providing snide but surprisingly good advice from his own days of world-conquering. But still, Magneto is trying to conquer the world and destroy humanity and is a bit annoyed at Methos because Methos thinks that his attempts will only reassure humanity that such plans will never work.

And possibly Prof X will get a bit jealous of the friendship because he used to be friends with Magneto, and the one who used to argue with him.
