Ooh. For some reason I had forgotten about Oz, but that would also be really awesome. I bet both Willow and Oz change their net names fairly frequently. They are not, after all, out to make a reputation for themselves on the net or to create general chaos, they need to be able to get into government/police/morgue/bad-guy/etc files and they need to be able to find esoteric bits of information.
I can imagine them being known only be the very most elite of all hackers as these semi-mythical hackers that can get into anywhere. Or keep you out of anywhere. You can sometimes track them because Oz tends to use names that involve wolves or silver or music and Willow tends to use names that involve witches or red or trees.
As far as I know, the existence of a Slayer Academy is fanfiction. Have you been reading the Buffy comics? If so, you probably know more canon than I do and you can let me know.
Unless Riley is the head honcho of the military demon hunters, which seems unlikely if he's also in the field actually doing the hunting, then someone else is the government rep. And I imagine they have a very uneasy truce with such a powerful vigilante group as the Slayers would be. The Slayers may be good and moral and all, but they are far from legal in their actions. But I bet you're right. Willow or Oz has alarms on their files and confronts the hackers and starts asking them serious questions about their role in some disaster and they're like, "what, what? That doesn't have anything to do with what I did..."
Or, oh, maybe Willow just did some major magic to stop a recent apocalypse and now she has to lay low and maybe go through black magic withdrawal again because of the spell she had to cast. So everyone is expecting either the remaining bad guys to attack in revenge or for some one else to decide this is a good time to attack when she's not supposed to do any magic.
I'm not sure exactly how the save would go, though. How do the hackers save Willow and/or Oz from trigger happy government men?
In the mean time:
"Hey, I can do destructive things to the school: I can make the sprinkler system go off during passing period!"
"And my highschool was blown up entirely during graduation."
