Have you ever watched "Forever Knight"? I tried once and never even managed to make it through a full episode. Sigh. But I do like the fandom. As I recall, I think one of the vampires (Jeannette?) opens another bar (in Paris?). From the fandom, I think Jeannette and Amanda would either get along very well or not at all, and either way it could be funny.

Methos would remember a time (a very, very long time) when it was safer to drink beer than it was to drink water because the alcohol would kill off most of the bacteria. And bartenders everywhere appreciate his loyalty to the beverage!
