Whoops! I've been so caught up in canon that I wasn't thinking. Yup, he and McGee seemed to have a flirt going on which Tony teased about but only half-heartedly, distracted as he was by Amanda. Abby might have been jealous but then the guy chatted with her a bit about exactly what kind of evidence can and can't be picked up by current technology and what she thinks will change in the future.
