The NID are having a rough time of it. Everyone blames them for everything, everyone is trying to infiltrate them while they're trying to infiltrate everyone else, and it's increasingly hard to figure out who's loyalties go where. There's some more executive director type person at the NID who is tearing his hair out. (His personal assistance, who is Illuminati, is not helping.)
