Can you imagine it? they would create a refuge for the retired and cunning to spend their last days with games of little consequences, witty conversation and lots of beer. And everyone else goes "wait... what?" while powerful overlords retire and villans decide to give the refuge a try.
and the people around them just have to take it, because who wants to tell them to move?
