I can't remember my history well enough to say for sure, but wasn't Duncan raised in the time when lay persons weren't supposed to read the bible, they were just supposed to believe whatever the priests told them? So maybe someone needs to sit Duncan down and have him read the bloody thing. Even the NC-17 parts, of which there are quite a few.
There are actually quite a few people in the real world that I'd like to make sit down and actually read what the bible says.
Anyway, I love the idea that Methos would call his vampire lover Beautiful Death. And that she would never quite manage to be known by any other name after that. Awesome. And wow, what a way to keep the anger current.
