Methos has a thing for Duncan, Sarah is trying to stop a full fledged war in the Underground, and the Goblin King is training Toby to be his heir without her knowledge, and pouts when he doesn't have her full attention....
I'm going with - Lady of the the Labyrinth theme here. Lady in Green. In fact, her 'schedule' doesn't always synch up with the Goblin Kings. But she is the 'Guardian' there. He's meant to scare the kiddies. Heh. How's that for irony?
